Kyle Ligon, owner of IPI, brings the
knowledge of 25 years in construction, mostly as a remodeling contractor but has done it all, to home inspection.
He is a member of NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors), and his TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) license # is 8222. He completed 2 years at UT in Engineering, but most of his schooling was at TSTI (Texas State Technical
Institute) where he graduated Building Construction Technology with honors. The remaining hours of the home inspection license
requirements were completed at ITA (Inspection Training Associates) in Dallas, Texas.
Kyle is also a Certified
Infrared Thermographer.

of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). NACHI is the toughest home inspection organization I, Kyle Ligon, have found, which is why I picked
them to join. They have the most difficult membership requirements of them all, such as:
I have to pass, with an
80%, a different 120 question inspector exam every year

their Standards of Practice quiz
I adhere to their Standards of Practice
I abide by their code of ethics
I must take an extra 8 hours of continuing education, in addition to the
