You get more with IPI, your
pictures are printed in the text and a summary of the issues. The report is in a very nice 1" thick, 3 ring,
hard binder with 5 labeled tab dividers. This includes an 80 page home owners manual,
a NACHI inspection agreement, NACHI & TREC Standards of Practice (SOP) & Code of Ethics, an 8 page glossary of terms,
and a pre-closing walk-through form for buyers to use at closing. All that and a picture of your house on the front
page.
After we complete your home inspection, you can easily
access your Inspection Report on our website. We'll create an account for you, and you can log in here to view your report
online.
